  Conducted offsite. Regular sessions over 12 months. Dot point summaries & Action items. Feedback to line managers as required.

 1:1 Mentoring is a specialised offering to give you maximum opportunity to reach your set goals. It's an individualised approach that has proven time and time again that it supports you to fast track navigating your “hurdles".
